Welcome to "Yoga Practice on the Go", a 30 minute sequence designed for people traveling with only a sticky mat. The first session is a nice general sequence after you've been sitting for a long period, to move your energy, get your blood flowing and your systems working. As with any physical practice, please work intelligently and attentively to prevent injury. A photo slide show is provided below. Please review the photos before you begin.
